From Day 1 working with Tariq was such a seamless experience for myself and my client. I was planning my first summer outdoor wedding and I cannot thank Tariq and his team enough for providing the perfect shelter under which love was celebrated. From the contracting to teardown - everything was flawless and professional. During set up the client was not too thrilled with the initial set up of the drapery. It was one of those situations it looked great in photos but didn't quite go with our theme once we began to setup up the décor. We let Tariq know and the very next day that morning he returned with his lovely wife and did some touch ups and it turned out STUNNING!!!!!!!!! By far the best vendor experience I've had in sometime. I've decided to scrap my other tenting, table, and chair vendors and work primarily with Tariq and his team! Please don't short change yourself and book a cheap tent because I tell you in a 97 Degree Chicago July Summer during the midst of a heatwave that tent maintained a constant 79 degrees !!!!!!!! And when a freak wind storm nearly destroyed the table set up décor. The tent held and kept all those under it safe and the party continued!! Tariq Thank you again! We rented a tent for a bridal shower. Great service. Great employees. Jasmine was very communicative and kept us informed and updated. We received a text telling us the set up and take down days and times. AJ was great with the set up and made sure we were happy with the tent placement. Everyone was very polite, courteous and helpful. If we need a tent again, we’ll definitely get it from Bounce My House.
This whole team is fabulous. After a previous vendor canceled on me VERY last-minute (day before event). Tariq and his team were very accommodating and understanding. They exceeded my expectations. Had to order chairs the day of my event, they stayed open just for me and even loaded the chairs into my car and gave me all the information that I needed with help setting up the chairs. I will definitely be using them in the future and I recommend them to anybody who is looking for anything that they offer!!!!

I don't have enough good words to say about Bounce My House. I contacted them on a weekend, 6 days before our party in a panic, needing a tent, tables and chairs, and a bounce house. 1. They replied to my message and took my call after hours. (I believe Holly was at home with her children when she was going over things with me!). 2. They gave me a very nicely detailed list of things and prices. 3. They set up the night before and they were very nice and friendly to work with. 4. They picked up their materials in the timeframe that they told us they would. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Wonderful people to work with.
Such a great experience. We rented a large climate controlled tent with heaters for a big party on a pretty cold evening. Tent stayed cozy warm throughout the entire party. We also rented tables, chairs, and lighting. From start to finish our experience with Bounce my House was great. Tariq guided through the many options he had available, and helped us decide on the perfect picks without overselling us. We made multiple changes throughout the planning process and even some changes on day of, and the Bounce my House team was very accommodating! Set up and take down was seamless, and communication and availability was unmatched. We have rented from other party and tent rental places before, but this company is definitely our go to from now on. Very professional and competitive pricing are also a plus.
