1. Agreement Overview
Welcome to Bounce My House Party Rentals LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://www.bouncemyhouse.com, and all rental bookings, payments, and related services provided by Bounce My House Party Rentals LLC. By using our website or placing a rental order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

3. Use of Our Website
- You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
- You may not attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- All information you provide must be accurate and current.
4. Rental Orders & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Payment is required to secure your reservation. We accept major credit cards processed securely via Square or similar payment gateways.
- Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice.
- By submitting payment, you agree to our pricing, delivery, and cancellation terms outlined here and on your rental invoice.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Weather Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. The remaining 50% is kept as a nonrefundable deposit. Or you can choose to keep the full balance on your account as a credit to use towards a future rental.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are not eligible for a monetary refund.
- Rescheduling is only available due to inclement weather and requires written notice at least 24 hours before the event for inflatable rentals.
- If written cancellation notice is not provided at least 24 hours before the event, all deposits and confirmed payments are forfeited.
6. Delivery & Setup
- Delivery times are approximate and may vary based on route, traffic, and weather.
- The customer must ensure clear access to the setup area (free of debris, animal waste, and obstacles).
- Units must be set up on a flat surface (grass, concrete, or asphalt) and within 50 feet of a standard electrical outlet unless otherwise noted.
- Once setup is complete, moving the equipment is strictly prohibited.
7. Safety Rules & Supervision
- An adult (18+) must supervise all inflatable use at all times.
- Do not exceed unit capacity or allow flips, wrestling, or rough play.
- No shoes, food, drinks, gum, pets, or sharp objects allowed inside units.
- In case of high winds (over 15 mph) or rain, have all participants exit immediately and deflate the unit until conditions improve.
8. Customer Responsibility
- You are responsible for all equipment from delivery until pickup.
- Damage (other than normal wear and tear) or theft of rented equipment will result in repair or replacement charges.
- You agree not to sublease or rent the equipment to others.
9. Liability & Indemnification
By renting from Bounce My House Party Rentals LLC, you acknowledge that participation in inflatable and rental activities involves inherent risks. You agree to:
- Assume all risks associated with use of the equipment.
- Release and hold harmless Bounce My House Party Rentals LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability or claims arising from injury, damage, or loss caused by the use of our equipment, including negligence (except for gross negligence or willful misconduct).
- Indemnify and defend us from any claims brought by third parties related to your use of the equipment.
10. Weather & Power Interruptions
We are not responsible for equipment failure or interruptions caused by loss of power, bad weather, or other conditions beyond our control. You agree to provide a reliable power source and ensure safe operation at all times.
11. Privacy & Communications
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive order updates, delivery notifications, and promotional messages from us via email or text. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP.”
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and photos, are property of Bounce My House Party Rentals LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bounce My House Party Rentals LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or equipment.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
