Cannot recommend them enough. We rented a bounce house/water slide a few months back for a 6 year olds birthday party. They arrived a day early to set it up, made sure it was super clean and ready to go. The kids loved it and having this made it the most memorable birthday party for our son and all his friends. Will be doing more business with them in the future.

The experience was wonderful. The first time we used the company. Despite the morning rain, the staff was great in setting up as soon as the rain diminished. The dried everything out in time for all to enjoy for several hours. Would use this company again.Thanks for several hours of jump fun for the birthday party!!

Bounce my house did a great job for my event! They arrived with the bounce house the day before, which was great because it gave my son more time to enjoy it, which he loved! All the kids had a great time. They really enjoyed the Dinosaur bounce house water slide!!! They were able to have fun and play in water. My children absolutely LOVE these bounce house / water slides! We rent them for birthday parties / block parties and it keeps the kids entertained all day. These guys have great customer service and they do all the delivery, install, and removal. Awesome service, thank you!

We rented a bounce house for my sons 6th birthday. Set up was quick and the staff were super friendly and accommodating of the placement and moved it around until it was right were we wanted it! The kids were sad to see it go but the take down process was just as quick. We had no issues with the bounce house and the kids had a blast!

This was the first time we rented a bounce house and I'm so glad we chose Bounce My House Party Rentals. It was a huge hit. All the kids loved it! The water slide kept the kids busy all day. Bounce My House was phenomenal to work with for our 4th of July family celebration. The online booking and payment was so easy to take care of. I was notified 10 minutes before arrival on drop off and 5 minutes before pick up with a phone call. The gentlemen who delivered were on time and courteous. The bounce house with water slide made the day for the kids. It was clean, bright, and the perfect addition to the party. Thank you so much for a great experience.

We were so pleased with Bounce my House! They were so kind and professional. The kids at my son’s birthday party had the best time. I greatly appreciated how well they communicated about the set up and pick up times. When it was delivered they set it up and cleaned it right there. They did the same when they picked it up. It was in excellent condition! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!

I'd first like to say THANK YOU to Jasmin and her entire staff for making my daughter's birthday party a big hit! I cannot express the gratitude I have for the seamless setup and take down.The first thing that stood out was their amazing selection of bounce houses. From small tot jumpers, to large elaborate water slides. They have so many to choose from, you would be crazy not to get one of these for your child's party!In addition to the abundant selection, this company exceeded all... expectations. ALL!-Prompt polite communication, updates via text and phone regarding timing of drop off, and pick up.-Set up was the most organized, thorough, and safe I've ever witnessed. They ensured they didn't place it in any areas that seemed unsafe, laid down a large, double layered tarp to protect the bounce house, as well as my grass.-Extremely warm, friendly staff. Jasmin, the owner is so beautifully helpful and thoughtful. She has a way about her- that makes your day just that much brighter.-Her staff were all so very professional. Each one of them carefully set everything up under her guidance, and took it down with ease-without interrupting the party.-They vacuumed, sanitized, and double checked the devices to ensure all was in tip top shape.- They educated my husband and I on how to operate, how to resolve any issues if any were to arise. And provided a number to text in case any issues did arise- but of course that wasn't needed, as it was well put together and in great condition.I would recommend everyone use this company for any celebrations! Absolutely will be using this company again! I never rented a bouncy house cause I felt like it was going to be a hassle. However, BounceMyHouse made it painless and extremely easy! I highly recommend their services 100x!! Bernardo and Shane delivered/setup and took down/picked up. THEY WERE PHENOMENAL and an absolute pleasure!!!! They called before arriving and called before pick up which was great so I could clear the kids from the house.

I called a day before my daughters party to rent a bouncy house not expecting to be able to rent one on such short notice. Not only was I able to get one but the process was so easy and simple. From the time I called to the moment they delivered and picked up was such a pleasant experience. All the staff was soo friendly and very knowledgeable. I was sent a link with all the various models they had. They guys who came out to set up went over everything I needed to know. Thanks to Jasmine & the Bounce House team our party ended up being a success (even if the weather had other plans)! I don't know why I tried to use anyone else. Great prices, clean, sturdy bounce houses/obstacles/slides. Their team, Farris & Ibrahim, were prompt, polite and got everything set up safe & secure. You could also tell they take care of their equipment at take down, making sure everything was put away properly. Thank you all again! We look forward to our next event!

I had to cancel my original event. Bounce My House was very accommodating with rescheduling, even for a couple days after they closed for the season. On my rescheduled date, there were storms in the forecast and the owner called me to discuss some options for my rental. Bounce My House ended up bringing my rental items first thing that morning so my kids could enjoy the bounce house for as long as possible and so I could start my event earlier than originally scheduled, to try and beat the... rain. We had the best experience! The toddler bounce house was perfect for our little ones first birthday. He has been scared of the big enclosed houses in the past so this was a perfect bounce house for him! Big enough for his siblings to enjoy with him but small enough that he had fun! The office staff is wonderful, informative and helpful! We can’t wait to rent again with bounce my house!

What a great and professional experience!!I loved the text messaging option to set up the order and options for what I was looking for. It was amazing that they reached out the day before to give me the option to cancel since there was a chance for rain. I love everything was organized from start to finish. The young woman I spoke to was super helpful with all of my questions. The setup was quick and the men were respectful of my property. When they came back to pack the bouncy house, it was quick with no problems. We got the 6 n 1 house and The children played for hours, they loved it! Definitely will be using this company again

Rented a bounce house for our son's birthday, setup was quick and on time. Anthony and Randy cleaned up nicely before hand and gave us all the info. Very helpful. Shane and Samir came back to get it. It had rained earlier so I'm sure that was not easy. They were great. Very happy with everything! The communication before hand was also very easy and convenient.

We rented three different bounce houses along with tables and chairs. The staff was nice, professional, quick with set-up and so great to work with! They came the day before our party to set everything up and then came the day after our party to take everything down. The tables and chairs were clean and comfortable to sit in. The bounce houses were clean and in great condition. The kids had a blast on them and did not want to leave even after 6 hours of play! I rented 6 (6-foot) tables and 36 chairs for a backyard retirement party for July 17, 2021. I liked the constant communication from the placement of the order, even to the pick up of the items.I received emails and then telephone calls regarding the delivery date and time.The delivery drivers would call when they were on their way, and would make additional contact when they were minutes from my location. This was very helpful because your entire day is not put on hold waiting for a... delivery.The young men (2 separate crew) for the drop off and pick up were all very polite, courteous, and professional.I would definitely use this establishment again for any future needs.read more

Our experience renting our inflatable bounce house was excellent. Everything from the initial phone call to the options offered were great. The installers were on time, quick and very professional and polite. Tom and Shane installed, reviewed the operations and cleaned up in no time at all. The removal went just as well, they showed up right when they said they would, and were out of there in no time. We rented a combo bounce house water slide for our family 4th of July party. It was a great hit with the kids of all ages. They all had a great time in both parts of the rental. Because of the busy holiday it was set up for us the evening before which was nice so we did not have to worry about waiting for it on party day, The house was clean and the set up crew was very polite and quick and efficient. They had this huge thing up and running in under 15 minutes. When they came to pick it up... they were just as polite and efficient. To quote my four yr old Grandson, " Grandma, this bounce house was really a good idea we should get this every week!" He had a blast, even though he was a little too small to get out of the pool. I have rented from and this is by far the best company we have used. the equipment is clean and in good shape. The people are nice and polite and very helpful. Highly recommend.!!read more

I wanted to do something for my son’s 2nd party. I really had no idea what kind of inflatable I should have based on the space in my yard. I also needed a tent as well. The lady on the phone was so helpful and actually knew what would be best for the party. It was so easy booking and planning everything. Day of the party had some rain but it all worked out great! placed an order 1 week before my event. I had to change my reservation timing and it was as easy as texting the confirmation number. Delivery and pickup was effortless. The folks that set up and tore down were super nice and the expected arrival etas were on point. They also sanitized it all down. Overall superb customer service and experience. Would definitely rent from here again!As far as the product itself, it was great quality. The blower was much quieter than I expected (which is a good... thing). And I was a little worried about wind since my backyard gets some pretty strong wind gusts but it was no problem. The delivery folks did end up putting down some extra ties just in case.read more

I've never booked a bounce house before but this was easy and inexpensive. I texted my request on a Sunday night for the following Sunday, and everything was completed electronically the following morning. The house was delivered early which was great! And the pickup was done without us having to be involved which was nice since we were all tuckered out from all of the bouncing. Would definitely use again and recommend!

Would highly recommend this to anybody. I had some questions and concerns at first but they reply to me so promptly. They kept updating me with the delivery and pick up time. Excellent customer service, quick and prompt responses, great communication throughout the whole process. Bungee Run and Basketball shoot were great for kids and adults! Equipment was extremely clean and easily inflated. The tent, tables and chairs were in great shape and made our plans very flexible for weather conditions. I ordered a bouncy house, Giant jenga, chairs, & tables from Bounce My House for my sons birthday party. They go above and beyond to make sure you have all your supplies, they even answer your texts and calls when you have further questions. They even picked up at a flexible time so that my son can enjoy the bouncy house the morning after his birthday. I recommend!

Booking with Bounce My House for my baby shower was the easiest and worry free experience I ever had with a company of its kind. Not only was the quality and the aesthetics of the equipment rented beautiful, the customer service was outstanding and dependable.
